Early assignments arrived from relationship managers who needed an independent set of eyes on files too large for a single afternoon. Applicants soon asked for the same discipline before submitting. The practice kept both sides of the table as clients—never on the same file.

Working approach

We work from paper and scanned originals, not from marketing narratives. Freeze dates, severity-ranked findings, and plain-language memos are non-negotiable. When Mandarin source documents dominate a file, fieldwork notes stay bilingual so English committees are not guessing.
