Data we collect

Inquiry forms collect name, email, engagement interest, preferred intake date, package scope notes, and message content. Engagements may additionally process financial documents you provide, which can include personal data of directors, guarantors, or employees appearing in those papers.

Purposes

We use contact data to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, perform contracted reviews, keep engagement records, and meet accounting or legal obligations in Taiwan. Analytics cookies, if accepted, help us understand aggregate site traffic.

Retention

Inquiry messages without an engagement are kept up to twenty-four months. Engagement working papers and memos are retained for seven years unless a longer period is required by law or the engagement letter. Cookie identifiers follow the durations listed on our cookies page.

Your rights

Subject to Taiwanese personal data protection law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing, and you may object to certain uses. Contact us to exercise these rights. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent authority in Taiwan.

International transfers

Our primary processing occurs in Taiwan. If a hosting or email provider stores data outside Taiwan, we require contractual safeguards appropriate to the destination and purpose. Application packages containing sensitive financial details are not transferred abroad without client instruction and documented protections.

Security

We apply access controls and encrypted transfer methods for engagement files. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; please avoid sending complete identity numbers through the public contact form.
