By browsing this site or submitting an inquiry form, you agree to these terms. Engaging our practice for a paid review is governed by a separate written engagement letter that prevails if it conflicts with this page.

Services described

Descriptions of engagements, fees, and timelines on this website are informational. They do not constitute an offer until confirmed in an engagement letter. We provide independent financial examination of application packages; we do not approve loans, grants, or investments.

Intellectual property

Site text, layout, and branding belong to App Integrity Audit House. You may not copy substantial portions for commercial use without written permission. Work product delivered under an engagement letter is licensed to the client as stated in that letter.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the contact forms, attempt to disrupt the site, or submit unlawful content. We may refuse or terminate correspondence that is abusive or that seeks advocacy disguised as an integrity review.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, App Integrity Audit House is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of informational website content. For paid engagements, liability limits and exclusions are set out in the engagement letter. Nothing on this site excludes liability that cannot be limited under the laws of Taiwan.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China). Courts in Taiwan have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from website use, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms for website use.
