Engagement
Full Application Integrity Review | App Integrity Audit House
A line-by-line financial audit of a complete loan, credit, grant, or investment application package before the credit committee or awards panel sits.
What this engagement covers
The Full Application Integrity Review treats the submitted package as a working set of claims about income, assets, liabilities, and purpose. We reconcile the face of the application against bank statements, tax filings, management accounts, and collateral schedules. Gaps, circular references, and optimistic assumptions are named in plain language.
Included
- Intake call to confirm the decision the package must support
- Document inventory against a field checklist suited to loans, grants, or equity applications
- Recalculation of key ratios and cash-flow bridges shown in the schedules
- Cross-check of related-party amounts and unexplained transfers
- Written memo with severity-ranked findings and recommended follow-up questions
- One clarification call with the client or their counsel after delivery
Excluded
- Formal statutory audit opinions under Taiwanese auditing standards
- Valuation of property or business interests beyond reading existing appraisals
- Advocacy before lenders or grant panels
- Ongoing monitoring after the decision date
How the work moves
- You send a secure file list and confirm the decision deadline.
- We map every schedule to its source papers and note missing links.
- Findings are drafted, peer-reviewed inside the practice, then delivered.
- A closing conversation walks through priority items only—no slide deck theater.
Constraints
We need a freeze date for the package. Material updates after fieldwork starts may extend the timeline or require a fresh quote. Work already in progress for competing parties on the same application cannot be accepted.
