Engagement path
How we audit a financing application
A predictable sequence so your team knows when to send files, when silence means review is underway, and when the findings call lands.
-
Inquiry and fit check
You tell us the product type, lender category, and whether this is a first submission or a resubmission. We confirm we can help and share a fee range.
-
Intake checklist
A short form lists required sections: application forms, financial evidence, collateral notes, purpose narrative, and any lender templates. Incomplete intakes pause the clock.
-
Desk review in lender reading order
We start with identity and purpose, then capacity figures, then collateral and attachments—mirroring how many Thai credit teams skim a new file.
-
Readiness memo or inventory
Depending on the engagement, you receive a severity-tagged memo or an attachment inventory with pass / revise / replace marks.
-
Findings call
We prioritise blocking issues over polish so your internal team spends effort where it changes submission readiness.
What you prepare
Draft forms, statements covering the declared periods, collateral summaries, and any prior lender letters. Label files by section. Do not send password-locked archives without the password in a separate message.
What we never claim
We do not guarantee approval, rate discounts, or committee timing. The engagement ends when the pack is clearer—not when a facility is booked.
